The client agrees to pay all fees as quoted prior to commencement of any project work. Invoices are issued upon project milestones or completion, and payment is due within 14 days of invoice issuance. All fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes. Notwithstanding any provision herein, nothing in this clause limits the client’s rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Clients may pay through secure payment processors found on official sale channels, and all transactions processed are subject to the platform's Terms of Service. Marketplace payment processor offerings can often change or differ between jurisdiction, so please check with the applicable marketplace to ensure your desired payment methods is available.
Each project includes up to two rounds of revisions, provided that revision requests fall within the original scope of work. Additional revisions or changes that extend beyond the original scope may incur extra charges. All revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of project delivery to qualify for inclusion in the agreed fee structure.
Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. In general, refunds are not available once the voice recordings have been fully delivered and approved by the client. Should the client dispute the delivered work due to a clear failure to meet the agreed specifications, a partial or full refund may be issued at the provider’s discretion, in compliance with the Australian Consumer Law.
Projects must adhere to content guidelines that ensure all material is lawful, non-defamatory, and suitable for public distribution. Acceptable content includes promotional, educational, and artistic works that do not incite harm or breach ethical standards. The provider reserves the right to decline projects where the subject matter may contravene community standards or legal requirements.
Clients must not submit projects involving hate speech, discriminatory language, explicit or excessively violent material, or any content that is illegal or likely to incite social unrest. Additionally, content that infringes on third-party rights or violates public decency standards is strictly prohibited. The provider reserves the right to terminate any project where such content is identified, without any liability.
All voice recordings produced remain the intellectual property of the provider until full payment is received, at which point a non-exclusive license is granted for the agreed uses. The client is expressly prohibited from using the provided voice clips to train artificial intelligence models, create derivative works for AI applications, or any other form of digital replication or analysis without the provider’s explicit, written consent. These restrictions are intended to protect the unique character and commercial value of the recordings.
In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to this agreement, both parties agree to attempt resolution through informal negotiations. Failing which, the matter will be submitted to mediation and, if necessary, arbitration in accordance with Australian law. This agreement is governed by the laws of the relevant Australian state, and nothing herein excludes or limits the rights afforded to the client under the Australian Consumer Law.
Either party may terminate this agreement by providing written notice. Termination will not affect any obligations or liabilities incurred prior to the termination date. Upon termination, the client remains responsible for payment of all completed work and any non-cancellable commitments. The provider disclaims any liability for delays or interruptions caused by factors beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to technical failures or unforeseen circumstances.
